What clients say in London

For a corporate event in central London we needed security that matched the room, and Baaj's operative was exactly that. Smartly turned out, polite with guests, confident managing access at the door. Handled the reception area and attendee checks without anything ever feeling stiff. Will use them again for corporate or front-of-house cover.

Discreet, calm, professional: exactly the right register for a private art exhibition in West London with valuable pieces on display. The guard watched the artwork and visitor movement without ever making guests feel watched themselves. The right people for galleries, exhibitions, and private viewings.

Running a jewellery shop in London means walking a fine line: visible deterrent for the wrong people, warm welcome for the right ones. Baaj's operative understood that balance straight away. Alert, well-presented, watching the floor without ever making the shop feel intimidating. Stock was protected, customer experience held. Hard to fault for high-value retail security.

Baaj Security responds to every enquiry within 24 hours. For urgent same-week cover in London (last-minute event security, emergency hotel overnight, last-minute retail cover), the enquiry form's urgent toggle prioritises the message directly to the leadership team.

Does Baaj Security cover central London hotels overnight?

Yes. Baaj's overnight cover for hotels is concentrated on central London and the Heathrow corridor: supporting reception teams through the quiet hours, watching the lobby and guest-floor entrances, patrolling at agreed intervals, and being on hand for late check-ins, early check-outs and guest concerns through the night.

Are Baaj Security operatives SIA-licensed?

Yes. Every operative working for Baaj Security in London holds a current SIA licence. The leadership team checks each licence before an operative's first shift and again before it expires, and Baaj never deploys anyone without one.
