Why we're called Baaj
Baaj Security supplies SIA-licensed operatives across London and the home counties. Baaj is the Punjabi word for falcon, a bird that sees clearly, stays calm and misses very little. In Sikh tradition it stands for vigilance, and that's what we look for in every operative we send to your site. Each one is employed directly by Baaj and briefed for the specific job. 10% of every job's profit goes to a UK men's mental health charity.
Where we work
London-based, covering the home counties as standard.
Primary areas: London (all boroughs), Surrey, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire (Slough, Windsor, Reading, Maidenhead), Hertfordshire, Essex, Kent, and Middlesex (the Heathrow corridor).
Also covered: Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Sussex, Bedfordshire.
Nationwide cover available.

We had concerns about our unoccupied warehouse and wanted a visible presence overnight. They were professional and kept us informed and provided daily reports.
Baaj security sent 2 guards to cover our house while we went on holiday. It was needed as we had valuables in the house and there had been recent robberies in the area. We would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone else looking for security at their property.
We booked Baaj Security to look after our house while the whole family was away at a wedding. We had gold, jewellery and other wedding related valuable at our home. It was good to know someone was keeping an eye on the property. Job was well done and professional.

What clients say
With the family away at a wedding, Baaj kept watch over the home in Windsor with valuables inside. Their operative was punctual, respectful, and discreet: eyes on the entrances, presence on the property, no fuss. Knowing reliable cover was in place made a real difference to the day. We'd book them again for any residential or vacant property job.
Running a jewellery shop in London means walking a fine line: visible deterrent for the wrong people, warm welcome for the right ones. Baaj's operative understood that balance straight away. Alert, well-presented, watching the floor without ever making the shop feel intimidating. Stock was protected, customer experience held. Hard to fault for high-value retail security.
Booked Baaj for overnight hotel security near Heathrow. Their officer was a calm, reliable presence through the night: supported the reception team, ran patrols, watched the guest areas, and dealt with concerns as they came up. Felt safer for guests and staff alike. Will be booking them again for any hotel night cover.
