Our story
Baaj is the Punjabi word for falcon, pronounced like "barge".
In Sikh tradition the falcon stands for vigilance and quiet authority. It sees clearly, stays calm and misses very little. That's what we look for in every operative we send to your site: someone who knows why they're there and acts when it matters.
Baaj Security Ltd was founded in 2025. The company is UK-registered (Companies House number 16353621), based in London, and run by a leadership team who did this work themselves first, at weddings, on building sites and in hotels overnight. They started Baaj to do it properly: every operative SIA-licensed and employed directly, and every job priced and briefed by the leadership team.
How we work
Every operative working for Baaj Security holds a current SIA licence, including on short-notice jobs. We don't bring in temporary staff from outside the company.
Every operative is employed directly by Baaj, with no subcontractors or agencies in between. The person on your gate or reception desk is on Baaj's payroll and answers to Baaj.
The leadership team reviews every job before it starts. A wedding in Surrey gets a different brief from an overnight site in Hayes, because the work is different.
Baaj Security Ltd is registered in England and Wales (Companies House number 16353621) and carries public liability and employer's liability insurance. Certificates are available on request.

Where we work
London and the surrounding home counties as standard: Surrey, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Hertfordshire, Essex, Kent, and the Heathrow corridor in Middlesex. Secondary cover extends into Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Sussex, and Bedfordshire.
Operatives have worked at weddings, funerals, retail floors, construction sites, hotels overnight, and reception desks across the area, from Windsor and Maidenhead in Berkshire to Southall and Hayes on the western edge of London, to central London corporate venues and West London galleries.

Leadership
